The following is an ARTWORK CRITIQUE and ARTIST STATEMENT template for contemporary artworks which should be done once and artwork is complete. It is by no means exhaustive but give you a good start point for your project. I have been using this since 2012 and it is an invaluable tool for preparing and artist statement and didactic panel.
